Governing Law and Disputes
Any claim relating to the Materials or Sitio’s websites shall be governed
by the laws of the State of Texas without regard to its conflict of law
provisions. All claims, legal proceedings or litigation arising in
connection with the Materials or Sitio’s website will be brought solely in
Houston, Texas.
